I find it impossible to be productive when anxiety and panic attacks are taking over my life.​ This website is meant to be a space where I can combat tension, anxiety tremors and spiraling. These various techniques are what have worked for me. Hopefully they can do the same for you and others.

VENT :  

Putting my feelings into words often has benefits beyond whatever actual insights I gain through a conversation.

 

Here, you can let out all of your thoughts, especially the ones you're scared to share with people in your life. Only you will read it and then you are then forced to destroy it and move forward.

DRIFT:  

When in a panicked state, having distraction techniques help me divert my attention from my anxious mind, eventually getting me back to my focused self.

These distraction techniques look different for different people. Some benefit from doing something productive, some prefer doing nothing at all, and others just want to be entertained.
